Just two and a half years ago, I had the joy of photographing Zoe as a newborn, tiny, delicate, and brand new to the world. And now, she’s back in front of my camera, but this time, she’s not alone. She brought someone very special with her, her new baby brother, Bodhi.
Let me tell you, Zoe is absolutely nailing the big sister role. From the moment she stepped into the studio, her love for him was undeniable. She held him with such care, gently soothing him with soft whispers and tender little pats. She watched him with the sweetest mix of curiosity and adoration, as if she already knew she would be his protector, his guide, and his very first friend.
Even when it was just Bodhi’s turn in front of the camera, Zoe kept coming back, drawn to him like a magnet. She would nestle beside him, wrapping herself around him in the most natural, effortless way, like she had been waiting her whole life for this moment. And the most beautiful part? Bodhi was completely at peace in her presence, as if he already knew that he was safe in her love.
These two are the sweetest little pair, and I can already picture the years ahead, her leading the way, him following close behind, their bond growing stronger with each passing day.
Welcome to the world, Bodhi. You are so lucky to have Zoe as your big sister. And Zoe, you were made for this. 💛
