During my first pregnancy, a photographer’s model call caught my attention. While I had always loved art and cherished our family photo albums, I hesitated about investing in professional photography. However, I absolutely loved being pregnant and the allure of documenting this feeling made me give it a shot. Little did I know, that simple decision would change my world. The photographer, despite her young business, treated me with such care, narrating my story with an intentionality I never imagined. When my son arrived, and I was struggling to capture those tender moments myself, I knew exactly who to call.

Even now, the memory of hanging those precious photographs brings tears to my eyes. These portraits of my son’s first year are cherished possessions, which inspired me to pick up my camera and pour everything I had into honing my craft and growing my own business while blessing other moms like me with that same feeling. Today, with a style that is simple, pure, and sugar sweet, I capture breathtaking portraits of newborns and families. Emphasizing connection over perfection, I create a space for families to come to life before my lens, endlessly inspired by the overflowing love in those unguarded moments.

Now that our family is complete, with the addition of my daughter, every moment feels like a treasure I wish to preserve. Every giggle, every tiny hand clasped in mine, fills my heart with an overwhelming desire to savor these fleeting moments.  Even though I know time will keep ticking away, I feel better knowing I can capture these sweet moments through photographs.
